How to report a user?
To report a user on Bazarafrique, simply follow these steps:
- Open the Bazarafrique mobile application and log in to your account.
- Go to the profile of the user you wish to report.
- In the top menu bar, at the right you will see an icon represented by 3 dots. Click on it to open the menu
- Select "Report to Moderators" from the menu that opens.
- Choose the reason for reporting from the options provided (Spam, Fraud, Discrimination, Counterfeit, Other).
- Add additional details about the report (optional, unless the reason chosen is "Other").
- Click on "Submit" to submit your report.
Your report will be handled by our team of moderators as soon as possible.
Don't forget that you can also block a user if you don't want to receive any more messages from them and don't want to see their ads.
